RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
RETURNS: If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please inform us as soon as possible. You have 14 days after receipt of goods to cancel the order and another 14 days to return the goods to us. If you wish to return the goods for refund, postage is at your own cost. Goods can only be accepted if there is no damage or alteration to them. Upon receipt of goods they will be checked, if no damage is found a full refund including basic postage will be issued within 14 days. Always retain your proof of posting as we will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to us.
CUSTOM ITEMS: Any custom items or moulds made to your own specifications are not eligible for a refund.
DAMAGES: All goods must be checked before signing for the delivery, we are unable to accept a return for damaged goods if you have signed as ‘unchecked’. Do not sign for goods if they arrive damaged and let the carrier return them to us. No claim for damaged goods can be made if they have been signed for.
